If have a Mac and feel like downloading Panorama from www.provue.com I can send you a simple utility I wrote to translate Address cards from Address book to CSV. I used it to import to my Palm phone (before they invented iSync)
Anyway if I can find it I'd be happy to mail it to you. Someone smart could probably do the same thing in PERL pretty quickly.
Or I could just do it for you.
