So here’s the second picture from my new apartment. This is my “project studio.” I don’t have a name for it just yet (any suggestions?). The walls are still empty because I’m planning on hanging all my gold records up…once they arrive.
The coolest thing to notice is that dreamy rack I’ve got sitting under my record player. I really didn’t want the standard, ugly SKB rack. If I’m living in the same room, I decided, it’s gotta be wood! I almost went ahead and built one myself, which (considering my experience building things) probably would have turned out pretty crappy. Then I found this website called Nice Racks. The guy who builds them was extremely helpful and answered all my questions right away. I’m glad it’s not as shiny as the pictures on his website.
Okay, back to homework.
