Last minute launch

So, here’s the run down. A week ago I finished finals. I spent most of this week in NYC. Tomorrow, Sheera and I are flying to Nicaragua.

Oh, and one last thing…I’m launching Roni Amir’s website. Hopefully nothing’s broken. I did it all myself (including the design) except for the wonderful flash intro.

About a beach

Sheera wrote a new article for the monitor, about the history of Venice beach. Notice that the picture at the top of the page is by her sister, Talia. What I don’t understand is why they didn’t opt to include my great video of Talia dancing at Venice two years ago.

Knock on wood

Well, it’s official. The best looking golf job site evar [sic], was launched this week. Built “Tonka Tough” by me and Chad. This is how I’m paying for my trip to Nicaragua.

Sheera got slashdotted!

As a boy being raised on the wrong side of the tracks, I often dreamed of growing up one day and becoming a famous internet star. My plan was to make a website so cool that I could get a link on slashdot! Well, I may never achieve that dream, but at least I can say that my girlfriend has. That’s right, Sheera has been slashdotted!. She wrote an article on space law, that I guess was nerdy enough to recieve the most powerful of all links. Oh, and she also wrote some article about homeless people.

Conflate

In honor of today’s wotd, I present to you: Planet Slowchildren. I had been saving this sweet background image for my friend’s band, Pink Sock, but it seems like they’re not really moving ahead anymore. I also need to come up with a header graphic, though you can bet that won’t happen any time soon.

Rock on!
